About 100% CHAMPAGNE
The 100% CHAMPAGNE China, initiated in 2018 by Ms. Lei Meng (Founder of Sparklingplus Asia), was designed to bring unprecedented experience to wine professionals and enthusiasts in China, appreciating the champagne terroir, gathering wine industry leaders to enhancing a deeper understanding between the Champagne region and the Greater China market, so as to further develop the Champagne consumption as well as to spread the Champagne culture in China.
In 2018, the first 100% CHAMPAGNE China attracted more than 700 champagne professionals and enthusiasts from all over Asia, a surprising success! All tickets were sold out in a few weeks, with high appraisal feedback from both visitors and exhibitors. 100% CHAMPAGNE China 2019 will be surely upgraded with new iconic events.

NO.1 Waitanyuan is the landmark building with a deep historical heritage on the bund. In this former British consulate – the oldest existing European building of the Bund, many stunning exhibitions of fashion, art, treasures have been hosted. In 2019, This classic and exquisite building with a 3,000 square-meter European garden will welcome the 100% CHAMPAGNE China for the first time.
The 2019 China Best Champagne List Awards Dinner and the Grand Champagne Michelin Dinner will be held in the luxury landmark hotel– The Peninsula Shanghai. Over 1000 guests and champagne enthusiasts will witness this unforgettable weekend feast in Shanghai!
The master classes will be held for two days with a total of 12 themes, from the world-renowned Champagne Houses to the premium Grower Champagnes. Each master class tasting will be an exceptional experience : Bollinger, Laurent Perrier, Ayala, Marguet, Alfred Gratien, Duval Leroy, Henri Giraud, Taittinger, Drappier, divers Independent Grower. More than that, Anselme Selosse, the “godfather” of Grower Champagne, will come to host the masterclasses in person as well.
